Tell us what you run. We answer.
Say what you run and what it does all day. You get back the family your machine belongs to, what the first step would be, and what we still need to know. From a person, within one working day.
What you get back.
No deposit, no payment, no price.
Name the machine and we tell you what fitting it involves and what the first job would look like. Assessments are booked in the order they come in.
A straight answer, by email.
Written by a person, not a form letter. If we need something else to answer you properly, we ask for it.
Ask to see it.
Choose "Visit / demonstration" and say what you run. We host visits at our own Test Facility in Alberta when the date works, and we reply either way.
Before you write
Five questions we will ask. Ask them first.
- Is the machine you have in mind holding up that job, or is it waiting on something else?
- Is it doing the same cycle, in the same place, for weeks?
- Does the public ever come within reach of it? A yes here ends the conversation.
- Who would be sitting in that seat tomorrow, and what would you rather they were doing?
- Would you accept the machine being out of service for a few days for the first fit?

What we turn down
The work we do not take on.
- Public-road, public-traffic or third-party-pedestrian work.
- Work that needs a guaranteed production rate. We do not promise one.
- Fleets already inside an OEM autonomy programme.
- Leaving Eddie fitted permanently and unattended.
- Starting the machine, or driving it on a road.
If the answer is no, we say so and we say why.
